Do you use AI?
Yes, for the repetitive part. AI makes the first cut-out, then every edge is checked and fixed by hand. The product itself is never changed: logos, stitching, texture and colour stay as they are. If your brand has a no-AI policy, choose hand-edited only.
How do I pay?
PayPal for clients outside Indonesia, bank transfer for clients in Indonesia. Monthly clients get one invoice per month.
What if I don't like the result?
Tell us what is off and we fix it free, as many times as needed to match your brief. If the free test doesn't convince you, you keep the 3 photos and owe nothing.
Do you hide wear on second-hand items?
No. For resale and pre-owned items we never remove scratches, marks or signs of use, and never change labels, logos, stitching or hardware. We clean the background and the light, the item stays exactly as it is.
Can you sign an NDA?
Yes. Unreleased products and brand files stay private and are never shown in our samples without your permission.
How much does it cost?
It depends on how hard the edit is and how many photos you have, not on the product's value. Send us a few photos: we edit 3 free and send a written price per photo within one working day, before any paid work starts.
Do you edit photos with models?
Yes, on request: background, light and clothing tidied on on-model photos. Skin and body shape are not changed. Send a sample and we quote it separately.
