Why we edit product photos by hand
Automatic tools are fast, but they fail on the photos that matter most. Here is why VYN LAB exists and the one rule we do not bend.

We have been editing product photos for online stores since 2015. Over the years the tools got faster. Removing a background now takes one click, and for a plain box on a plain table, that click is often enough.
Where one click is not enough
The photos that sell the most are often the hardest to edit: a fur collar, a thin gold chain, a glossy shoe, a second-hand bag with real signs of use. That is where automatic tools cut the edge too hard, fill gaps with the wrong pixels, or quietly change the item itself.

What VYN LAB does

VYN LAB is a small remote studio in Bali. We finish product photos by hand for online stores and brands, and we make before-and-after image data for teams training AI to edit photos. A machine may help with the rough first step; a person does the edges, checks the result zoomed in, and fixes what is wrong.
The one rule we do not bend
The item stays exactly as it is. Logos, labels, stitching, colour and signs of wear are never changed. Only the photo gets better: the background, the light and the edges. A buyer should receive exactly what they saw.
If you sell online and have a few photos that never looked quite right, send them over. We will edit them free, so you can judge the result on your own items.
